What does FDA-registered actually mean?
It means our manufacturing facility is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and subject to periodic inspection. It does not mean the FDA approves individual research compounds. It means the facility meets registration requirements.
How do I verify a batch?
Scan the QR code printed on your vial label. It opens a unique, batch-specific certificate of analysis hosted on our site. You can also enter the batch number manually on our verification page. The report shows HPLC chromatograms, mass spectrometry results and endotoxin testing.
Who can order from you?
We ship to qualified researchers, laboratories, clinics, and distributors. All products are sold for research use only and are not for human consumption. You must be affiliated with a verifiable institution or business.
How does shipping work?
Orders ship within one business day of payment confirmation. Lyophilized peptides are packed with cold packs in insulated containers to maintain stability during transit. You receive a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
What is your return policy?
If a product arrives damaged or the vial integrity is compromised, we replace it at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and vial. We do not accept returns on opened or reconstituted product.
